If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase to return the item and request a credit note. Credit note will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

No exchange or refund is possible. Only a credit rating is granted according to the terms described below.

Conditions for obtaining the credit score

The following cumulative conditions must be met:

1) Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging with all accessories.

2) Damaged or used items will not be accepted.

3) The return must be made within fifteen (15) days from the date of your purchase.

4) Items have not been worn or washed.

5) All parts of the items are intact and present.

6) A copy of the invoice must be in the return packaging with the returned products in order to prove your purchase and the date thereof.

Exclusions

Excluded from the return policy and these items cannot be returned:

1) Pattes Boutique gift cards (they are neither refundable nor redeemable for cash).

2) Products on discount, promotion or final sale: only items at regular price can be credited.

3) Customizable products such as the key box and the emergency key ring set.

4) For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned: bowls, bowls, balls, puzzles and toys.

Return fees

It is the customer 's responsibility to pay shipping costs to return their items.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and non-creditable , as are return shipping costs.

Treatment
