Is it possible to modify my information after placing an order?

How do I choose the right size for my pet?

Our Size Charts are the perfect tools to help you select the best size for your furry friend.

My animal is between two sizes, which one should I choose?

All of our models are designed to fit perfectly together, making the size selection process much simpler. For example, the Medium collar in its smallest version is actually smaller than the Small collar in its larger version. Therefore, between two size choices, we recommend that you choose the larger size model.

Regarding the harness, if the neck measurement corresponds to one size while the stomach measurement corresponds to another, it is recommended to choose the size based on the stomach measurement, rather than that of the neck.

How can I care for my Paws Câlins walking set?

Our stroller sets should be hand washed in lukewarm water with mild soap. The whole thing is then left to air dry. It is not recommended to put our walking accessories (collar, leash, harness and dispensers) in the washer or dryer.

However, using the washing machine should not break our products. If you want to machine wash the set, it is best to close each fastener and insert the set into a washing bag before putting it in the washing machine in cold water. Then you can hang it out to dry.
